Let’s book a private party!

Have a group of besties that you know would love getting together to get creative together? Let’s do it at HTS! We’re a complete workshop stop, providing everything you need for you and your friends or family to show up as they are. We provide a wide variety of workshops, all available to be made into private parties, that come with a facilitator who instructs the workshops and supports your creative freedom. With supplies and instruction included in ticket cost, all you need to do is show up.

The best part? Bring your favorite snacks or party trays, drinks, and people to embrace the get together! We’ve hosted birthday parties, book clubs, and friends getting together as a way to do something different then the usual getting dinner and drinks night out. Being located on Cedar Street, steps away from Mill Street, in Bristol Boro means there’s ample options for grabbing a meal or drinks before or after the workshop you join us for. Even a stroll down Mill Street to see the retail shopping options is an exciting way to lengthen your time together with loved ones! We all know when we’re in good company, it’s hard to just spend a short amount of time together.

If we gained your interest in a private party, this is what our process usually looks like:

1. You’ll reach out to us and let us know you’re interested! If you have a specific workshop or project in mind, that’s helpful for us to know if we can run the group or need help from our talented artists we partner with around the area to jump in and facilitate.

2. Once we have an idea of what kind of workshop you want to offer to your private party, we will have a better understanding of dates that the studio can be available for your private event! Of course, letting us know dates that work best for you and your group is also important to know if we can be a host.

3. We will get a date and time to put together a private party workshop link that you’ll share with your group to purchase their ticket for the event! Depending on the type of workshop that is booked will determine how many people we can fit in the studio. This will all be discussed throughout the planning process to know as you’re booking with us so you know how many friends to invite to this event.

4. Sit back and relax while waiting for your private event date to come up! Once your event link is created and seats are purchased, you’re all set and booked for your time. Feel free to come in a few minutes early to set up any snacks or drinks (we are BYOB) for you and your friends to enjoy alongside art making.

That’s it! Between us both (Tori and Mel), we are multi-passionate creatives and will find any way to make a vision come true, including learning a new skill ourselves to offer it to you! We have a long list of artists in the area that also are just as passionate as we are as sharing the love for art making that if we can’t make it possible, we will find someone who can!
