Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read each description of the event as this may change per workshop offered.

At this time, we cannot provide a refund or credit towards any workshop ticket with less than 24 hour notice. Each workshop is prepared per attendee for supplies as tickets are purchased and facilitators to be compensated. Some workshops have larger supply costs and supplies are unable to be returned in order to provide a refund for your event. If the workshop is sold out, no refunds or credits will be provided with less than 1 week notice. You may extend your ticket to a friend who would be interested in attending the group and let us know at healingthymestudio@gmail.com if your ticket is being exchanged. 

Thank you for understanding this decision we have to make in order to cover costs of supplies and overhead expenses in a world of rising costs. We try our best to make all our guests happy and will always keep you in mind when making these decisions.
