Collaboration Options
We love working with artists, makers, and creatives who value community, care, and hands-on creativity. Below are a few ways we collaborate, depending on how the workshop is facilitated and where it takes place.
Creator- Led

Off- Site
For creatives who want to lead their own workshop, we offer a hosted creator workshop option. In this model, the collaborating creative runs and facilitates the workshop while using the studio space. Promotion is collaborative, and materials are determined by the facilitator. Revenue from ticket sales is split with 70% going to the workshop facilitator and 30% to Healing Thyme Studio for use of the space and support.
We also offer a co-facilitated workshop option for creatives who want a more hands-on partnership. In this structure, Healing Thyme and the collaborating creative plan and lead the workshop together. Healing Thyme provides the studio space and materials if applicable, and responsibilities around facilitation and promotion are shared. Revenue is split evenly, with each party receiving 50%.
For workshops held outside of the studio, we partner with other local businesses and venues to bring creative experiences into their spaces. In these off-site collaborations, Healing Thyme facilitates the workshop and provides all materials, while the host venue provides the space. Revenue is typically split with 70% going to Healing Thyme and 30% to the host venue, though final terms may vary depending on the needs and structure of the hosting business.
