individual non-clinical art therapy
Our non-clinical art therapy service offers a safe and judgement-free space for you to create art. Our board-certified art therapists are available to guide you through the process and help express yourself through art. No diagnoses are necessary, and our service can be a great complement to talk therapy or a standalone option. If we determine that you require additional therapeutic support, we will gladly recommend a therapist for you.
